E-invoicing

E-invoices are first sent to an e-invoice operator who checks if the final recipient of the invoice can receive invoices in an electronic format. If the final recipient of the invoice is unable to receive e-invoices, the operator prints and posts the invoice to the recipient in paper form. The client can create sales invoices online using their own password. Our accounting firm can also take care of creating sales invoices. After being issued, sales invoices are transferred to an electronic archive which the client can access online using their own password. Extensive search features facilitate the use of the archive. Sales invoices are electronically transferred to the financial accounts and no separate accounting treatment is required.

Your own private contact person

Each client is assigned their own personal contact person at Töölö Laskenta Oy. The customer knows at all times the person responsible for handling their affairs at the accountancy. Long-term collaboration between the client and their contact person leads to flexibility and expert care.

Electronic recycling of purchase invoices

The client’s purchase invoices are issued in either a paper or electronic format. E-invoices come directly from the routing system and paper invoices come straight to our accounting firm. Paper invoices are scanned into an electronic format at our office. When an invoice arrives at the routing system, the client receives notification. The client uses their own password online to check the accuracy of the invoice for approval or rejection. Töölön Laskenta Oy is automatically notified of the acceptance or rejection. Approved invoices are forwarded for payment in the manner agreed upon. An electronic archive is created for all invoices which the client can access with their own password online. Extensive search features facilitate examination of the invoices or the data contained within. Invoices are electronically transferred to the financial accounts and no separate accounting treatment is needed.

Accounting

Available information from standard bookkeeping is often enough for many firms. At Töölön Laskenta Oy, this standard bookkeeping is so-called “complete accounting”. Each month, essential transactions are carried out for the books. The accounts show the actual profit and loss position and balance sheet at all times. Amortization is done automatically by making use of accounting software, so that there is no additional work involved. Interim financial statements are not required. Features can easily be added to standard bookkeeping which provides information on a variety of individual items and cost centers results. Cost control makes it possible to follow the fulfillment of your objectives. Our information system allows for the production of a wide-range of monitoring reports. Financial statements and tax returns are generated at the end of the year.

The Electronic archive

In addition to sales and purchase invoices, various reports and documents can be archived in the electronic data base. Clients can access the online archive using their own password.

Payroll

Payroll is carried out as required by legislation. When payroll is completed, pay slips are forwarded to the client or directly to the recipient of the salary, as agreed upon. Disbursement schedules concerning salaries to be paid are delivered to the client for the payment of wages. Töölön Laskenta Oy. can also take care of salary payments. Our accounting office electronically sends all required notifications directly to the authorities and insurance companies.

Financial statements and tax planning

Taxation will be monitored for accuracy over the financial year and the overall tax situation will be examined with respect to financial statements. Rationalizing the entire tax liability of the company and its owners is an essential part of tax planning.

Payment transactions

Our accounting office can take care of your entire company’s payment transaction needs. It is also possible to cap certain payments. Invoices that have been reviewed and approved are submitted to our office for payment. Our accounting firm pays the invoices in the agreed manner. By using electronic routing of purchase orders, invoice processing can be automated. Electronic routing eliminates the need for customers to process and forward invoices to the accounting firm.
